House Rules
First we ask that you treat this home as your own and take great care of the property.
We ask that there is no sand in the house (we have a bucket for any sandy shoes or sandals) excessive sand will incur an additional $50.00 cleaning fee charged to your stay.
No pets are allowed on the property
We ask that prior to checkout you strip all the beds of the sheets
Prior to checkout please wipe down all counters and sweep all floors of excessive debris.
Please ensure all furniture is where it was when you arrived.
Set the HVAC unit to 75 degrees prior to departure.
There are no large parties allowed at the property, and you must be 21 years or older to book. This included decorations unless given prior approval.
Strictly 6 guests allowed in the home and this includes infants and children.
