Sun-Kissed Cottage House Rules are here so we can do our best to set expectations and ensure our home is a sweet stay for you, for us and future guests.

1) No Smoking in the cottage. Firepit is available outside. Please do not move the location of the fire pit - the fire pit is placed 10 feet away from the house. Please be sure the fire is monitored at all times and not left unattended for any increment of time. Before leaving the fire pit, thoroughly extinguish the flames until the coals are no longer red. Please only burn clean - dry - natural materials. Prohibited burning materials include garbage, oils, rubber, plastic and other forms of waste. Fire extinguishers are located inside the house: 1) one is mounted on living room wall and 2) two are located under kitchen sink.

2) Gas grille available. Always light grill with lid open. Never leave the grill unattended while in use. Never move a grill that is in use or is still hot. Fire extinguishers are located inside the house: 1) one is mounted on living room wall and 2) two are located under kitchen sink.

3) No Candles are allowed on the property at anytime.

4) Please no loud noise, music or parties. We have the nicest neighbors and I want to be sure any guests staying at the cottage are respectful of our wonderful neighborhood.

5) Please no pets.

6) Please remove all trash prior to your departure. Under the kitchen sink you will find one bin for recyclables the other for trash. Trash can be placed in bins outside in back of house. Black bin is for trash.

7) Wifi: Modem: Saltkissed and Password: 3500cottage (all lowercase)

8) Check out is at 11 am. Please be sure all windows are closed and locked as well both front and back doors. Please leave key in key box.

9) AC Units are available in both bedrooms - when leaving please turn off.
