House Rules
We ask that you not bring sand into the house, please clean it off prior to entry with the hose. We also have a basket set outside for any shoes or sandals that may be sandy.
We ask that you also do not move any of the furniture in the house, and no one is permitted to sleep on the couch. If any of these are not followed a $50 fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
Also we do allow dogs, (no other animals other than dogs) the first dog is included in the price and if you bring a second dog there is a $50 additional cleaning fee. Also you must inform us of the dog or dogs when you book the property. No dogs on any of the furniture and if it does happen make sure it is cleaned prior to departure.
Prior to leaving we ask that you strip the beds and put all the linens and towels in the laundry room. We ask that you empty the fridge, wipe down any countertops, and sweep any excessive messes on the floors. Trash day is on Friday morning, so please take out the trash Thursday evening. Also the maximum number of people able to book is 6 and that includes infants and children. All guests must be 21 to book, and we do not allow excessive parties or large events as this is a family home; including hanging decorations.
