House Rules
One small or medium dog allowed per visit, you must inform the guest that you are bringing the dog. We Have a large crate available for use. If you do bring an additional dog we ask for an additional $50 left for the cleaning crew. After booking you must inform us of any dogs you might be bringing. Also absolutely no sand in the house, please use the outdoor shower or hose, and on the front porch we have a bucket to place any sandy shoes or sandals. If there is excessive sand we will take $50 out of the security deposit.
We also ask that you strip the beds when you check out and make sure the house is left close to the condition when you arrived, this includes wiping any counters and sweeping up any excessive messes on the floor. Also all furniture is where it was when you arrived. Please then lock the doors and set the HVAC at 75 degrees.
Also there is no smoking on the property, and you must be 21 to book. We also do not allow excessive parties, including no decorations. Strictly 6 people in the home, including infants and children. We ask that no pets on the furniture and no sleeping on the couches.
